The Role:
Reporting to the Delivery Director - Airports & Airfields, you'll be responsible in leading the Project Delivery team and providing support on all aspects of capital planning & delivery, working closely with the EMA Asset Development Director to ensure the financial year capital plans are delivered.
As a key player in project delivery, you'll play an instrumental role in ensuring successful Capital Plan performance, while also growing and maintaining a high performing team.
Additional aspects of the role include:

- Ensure adherence to business H&S management systems ensuring the appointment of competent designers and contractors to maintain CDM compliance.
- Ensure sufficient H&S on site monitoring to support project delivery stages, inclusive of post incident/observation investigation and sharing of lessons learned across group functions.
- Identify and develop opportunities for innovation during the project delivery lifecycle.
- Deliver the Development Directorate CSR strategy as aligned to the MAG CSR policy
What will make you successful in this role:
A successful candidate will have extensive experience working within project delivery across the full project lifecycle. They will also have proven leadership experience in both team management and organizational leadership and delivering projects through others. Experience with both large and small Greenfield and Brownfield project delivery within a mature operational environment and asset portfolio.
