The Role

The volume recruitment coordinator role is an integral part of the People Team and will report into the People Director. The volume recruitment coordinator role will support with all aspects of recruitment from posting adverts, shortlisting applications, arranging interviews along with designing and planning assessment/recruitment events.

In this role you will communicate with candidates throughout their recruitment journey as well as with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

 

 

What will make you successful in this role

This role requires you to be a strong communicator who is clear and prompt with all communication providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process. With exceptional organisational skills and time management you will to be able to juggle multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously whilst prioritising tasks and managing your time effectively when coordinating multiple interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities. As a team player you will be able to collaborate effectively with everyone and at any level and able to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.  You will need to have previous experience of delivering largescale recruitment initiatives, managing the full end to end process as well as designing and implementing assessment centres.
