The role

We have an incredible opportunity to join Resilience department, this Risk Manager role will be responsible for the development and embedding of a risk intelligent culture at East Midlands Airport. You will be responsible for leading EMA’s risk profile, ensuring identified risks are reviewed and controlled. You will support all departments to develop, maintain and enhance their risk registers, ensuring that all reasonably foreseen risks are documented, and control measures listed.

Providing support to project managers to develop risk profiles associated with development and change projects.

You will also support the Senior Leadership Team to identify and manage corporate level risks, ensuring that control measures are current and effective, and that actions to further reduce the risk are identified. 

What will make you successful in the role?

You must possess a qualification in risk management with practical application of this within a large organisation, experience of working with data and data analysis tools and techniques.  Developing and maintaining risk management systems is a must as well as undertaking risk assessment and implementing mitigation for these.  Extensive experience of using word, excel, visio and powerpoint

Candidates must be capable of obtaining CTC (Counter Terrorism Check) therefore you would have needed to have resided in the UK for the last 3 years.
