The Role:


Working closely with the group head of strategy, this senior strategy analyst role sits within the corporate strategy and development department. You will work across the three streams: strategy, corporate development and prospect development, supporting and leading different types of engagements. These engagements might include anything from strategic initiatives to aviation pitch books or a potential group acquisition.


This role offers a great deal of variety, working across the whole strategy and development spectrum on several engagements at the same time. For example, one week you may be supporting the aviation team to develop a customer relationship management framework, and the next you may be leading the development of an outside-in view of the strategy of an aviation partner.


Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:


  • You will deliver high-quality streams of work, that will feed into the wider initiative and you will sometimes be asked to lead these engagements.
  • You will be able to analyse large amounts of data, communicating insight and shaping a concise narrative that will influence decision making.
  • You will have the opportunity to present to senior management.
  • You will manage end-to-end project activities.
  • You will gather information and provide updates on different initiatives.




You are an analytical problem solver, a free thinker that uses your own initiative and a person that can deal well with ambiguity. You can manage your time effectively and manage multiple concurrent priorities.


You must have a combination of the following skills & attributes


  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Develop insight and a narrative from complex data
  • Experience in a management consultancy or corporate strategy function (or similar)
  • Advanced Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Degree educated or higher
  • Ability to work on time sensitive initiatives
  • Highly flexible and adaptable
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive information flows between multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to simplify complex data and deliver insight concisely and quickly
  • Experience working on complex international projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Articulate and good writing skills
