•Salary £27,378.24 rising to £30,348.48 after 3 months

About the role;


You will provide the business with standardised and accurate business reports and concise and bespoke reports for a broad range of stakeholders and establish a business rhythm and reporting structure of KPIs.


You will interpret data from an array of different sources, process and present this back to the business in a user-friendly format to enable effective decision making at tactical and strategic levels.


You will be developing the capability of the current systems through automation and management of different data sources.



Principal Accountabilities;


  • To support individual departments with aligning all reporting schedules and formats.
  • To collate and manage input of data into various Airport and Regulatory systems and platforms, in line with legal and internal deadlines.
  • Manage raw data effectively: importing, cleansing, transforming and organising for onward analytical purposes.
  • Streamline reporting by removing duplication of data sources by applying governance measures to all systems.
  • Identify and explain where additional data, or new data sources, are needed to help solve identified problems.
  • To provide business insight from across the customer journey to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders in timely and simple format.
  • To undertake data investigations upon request from across the Airport. 
  • To produce standardized and timely performance reports across the business and to regulatory bodies.
  • To produce benchmark reports in comparison with other airports.
  • To produce and maintain a library of data reports and insight for use across the business



Knowledge, Experience and Skills;


  • A positive, flexible and enthusiastic approach
  • Experience working with data and turning data into business insights
  • The ability to apply initiative and deal with rapidly changing priorities in a flexible manner will be a key requirement
  • Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft packages Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Creative and pro-active approach.
  • Effective communication skills with people at all levels.
  • Great organisational, planning & prioritising skills
  • The ability to take a problem and be naturally inquisitive, investigating approaches to unlocking new potential through insight.
  • The ability to plan and organise well, to ensure time is effectively used and delivery timescales are met.
  • Working with non-technical colleagues and explaining findings in a simple way
  • Good knowledge of document formats and storage options


Please note that counter terrorism clearance is required for this role and in order to obtain this, you must have lived in the UK for the last 3 years.
