Job Purpose:

 

This role will be responsible for driving the development and execution of the Content & Campaign strategy across all of CAVU, covering our commercial services clients in international airports, our home airports and our distribution brands - AirportParkingReservations.com, ParkSleepFly.com, Looking4Parking.com and SkyParkSecure.com.

 

This role acts as the lynchpin between our channel teams (Organic, Paid Media, Social Media, CRM and Creative) to deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns supporting our strategic goals of organic growth, new customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.

 

This role will also be responsible for developing strategic B2B campaigns to support Business Development for CAVU, enabling us to hit our financial growth targets.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

 

  • Responsible for leading on the development and delivery of multi-channel integrated campaigns aligned with our strategic objectives of organic growth, new customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. This role will oversee campaign delivery across all of our partners and DTC brands, responsible for supporting +£50m in revenue targets.

 

  • Collaborate with channel leads & their teams to execute campaigns from inception through to analysis/review, overseeing objective and KPI setting, customer research/insight, resource planning and delivery.

 

  • Oversee and support the creation of engaging content across all of our channels including case studies for B2B lead gen activity and content pieces to gain press coverage and external exposure of our brands, supporting organic growth and customer acquisition.

 

  • Develop an ongoing enhancement of our messaging and tone of voice across a range of service areas, ensuring we’re clearly articulating what services we provide and why the customer should care.

 

  • Ensure the performance and engagement of all content is measured and reported on and shapes the strategy moving forward.

 

  • Lead on the maintenance of website content, developing and overseeing process for updates and ensuring this process is slick and efficient for both the team and stakeholders.


Knowledge, Experience and Skills

 

  • Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering a strategic content plan.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering against challenging commercial targets and being able to balance these against other KPIs.
  • Experience in setting up content and communications processes and structures within a business which enhance existing processes.
  • Experience working across multiple products & brands.
  • Experience utilising SEO to fully optimise content and validating content topics using research.
  • Strong project management skills to ensure activity is delivered in full and on time with a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate confidently with people at all levels within the organisation as well as with external partners.

  • Attention to detail and impeccable organisational skills
  • Able to effectively prioritise projects to meet deadlines and can also react flexibly to constantly changing market situations. Unfazed by working with demanding stakeholders.
  • Confident and articulate with great conviction in your work and its value to the business.
  • User-centricity, challenging the status quo and always putting the customer at the heart of your activity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, with strong presentation skills.
