The Role

This role is based within our resourcing team, with over 1500 operational colleague this department is extremely demanding.  You will be the super-user and point of contact for the Workforce Management system. You will be responsible for the maintenance and management of the system; in addition to this you will also be responsible for training and supporting the operational teams.

 

Typical Duties will include:

  • Manage and maintain WFM employee organisational structure, liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Deliver training to end users to enable accurate system processes.
  • Administration of WFM system, rules and procedures.
  • Track, analyse security performance with reports from WFM system.
  • Manage employee information changes including links with other affected systems.
  • Manage proactive approval and denial of discretionary activities; such as annual leave, training, meetings.
  • Administration of setup and utilisation of WFM software.
  • Process recommendations to be promoted to line manager and discussed with colleagues regularly.
  • Administration of communication to and from Operations and other support departments
  • Collection and analysis reporting of historical security performance statistics.
  • Intraday management of scheduling procedures, analysis of real time workload requirements, and security queues to manage performance to service level requirements

 

To be succesful in this role:

  • Previous experience of communicating with a number of different stakeholders across all levels in the business.
  • Demonstrable use of all Microsoft packages
  • Previous experience of working with in house WFM Systems
  • Previous experience of working in a Resourcing team for a large operational organisation
