Position Details:

There has never been a more exciting time to join MAG within Reward…

We are re-defining what it means to work for MAG; with the development of new benefits and incentives for all colleagues being front and center in this strategy. To do this, we are building our Reward team. Working closely with the Reward Manager, you will providing a high quality and pro-active Reward business partnering services to the Group with the responsibility for the delivery of processes and activities that support the implementation of strategic reward projects.


Typical duties include:


  • Regular Job evaluations  benchmarking
  • Annual pay review processes
  • Annual incentive processes
  • Gender Pay Reporting
  • Escalation point for the HR Service Centre for benefit queries
  • Support in the annual renewal of flexible benefits
  • Submission for salary surveys
  • Collation of data for reward KPIs
  • International assignment management
  • Policy management
  • To provide a support role in the delivery of project based work





As the successful candidate, you will have some previous Reward experience with compensation and benefits within a commercial organisation. This could be in house, or in a consulting environment. We expect that you will have knowledge of, and be comfortable being able to  evaluate roles, preferably using  Hay methodology. You must also have strong organisational skills, with ability to develop and manage plans and policies. Numerical and analytical skills are a must and you must have a strong grasp of MS Excel.
