We are re-defining what it means to work for MAG; with the development of exciting, engaging benefits and incentives for all colleagues being front and center in this strategy. To do this, we are building an entirely new Reward team. Working closely with the Reward Director and one other Manager, you will be creating and implementing this strategy across a diverse workforce based across three airport sites, which include unionized operational staff; office-based group functions, digital tech teams and our US based business (MAG USA)
