Job Purpose


Working within a highly professional Performance Marketing team, you will be specialising in SEO. As our SEO Manager, you will have responsibility for increasing visibility and revenue across CAVU’s product offering, including working on multiple distribution websites based in the US and US based airports. 


Working in close partnership with the SEO Lead, you will be heavily involved in the development and management of CAVU’s SEO marketing strategy. You will be working with multiple teams across the group to deliver tangible results and grow Organic as a marketing channel.


Principal Accountabilities



  • Perform full technical audits and instil best practice SEO for CAVU.
  • Work closely with various teams across MAG including Product & Content to improve the customer journey and visibility of CAVU’s core products.
  • Analyse and interpret data to highlight key opportunities.
  • Full end to end campaign management from idea generation to execution and analysis.
  • Reporting and analysis on key metrics / KPIs and overall site health recommending improvements where appropriate.
  • Continuously looking for ways to optimise and improve Organic traffic to CAVU’s websites.
  • Competitor analysis and benchmarking
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry updates and best practice.


Knowledge, Experience and Skills



  • 2-3 years experience (client or agency side)
    • Experience running SEO campaigns to deliver tangible results
    • Perform full technical site audits/on page analysis and prioritisation of tasks to be completed


  • Strong knowledge of SEO and Analytics packages
    • Previous experience using SEO tools e.g. Screaming Frog, Deep Crawl, AWR etc
    • Experience using Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms

    • Use available data to unlock opportunities


  • Organised and able to multitask
    • Highly organised and able to work on multiple websites/projects simultaneously

    • Evidence of successfully meeting or exceeding set targets/KPIs.


  • Microsoft office
    • Excellent excel skills and competent using Word, PowerPoint and other relevant software packages.


  • Digital Marketing Landscape
    • An interest in continually learning about online marketing developments and opportunities.


  • Communication
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
