The Role


The Sales Executive role is a key position within our growing business and a great way to start your career with us.

Working for our digital business, MAGO, you will inspire, guide and help our customers in every way, ensuring they get the airport products and services that best suit their needs and give them a positive customer experience. Whether it’s on the phone, or online, – you’ll be providing great customer service. You will be taking inbound calls and making some outbound calls through to existing customers, who may (for example) be traveling through the airport in the near future. The Sales Team are available on shifts between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Sunday.




To be a good fit for our Sales Executive position, you should be a multi-tasker who enjoys being on the phone, whilst also being comfortable assisting customers in a live chat environment. We are looking for positive, friendly people who live and breathe great customer service. You will be naturally inquisitive and able to identify the customer’s needs in order to provide the most appropriate services; and in turn, securing sales. You will have great organising skills and find enjoyment working with a team of people who are just as committed to securing sales through great customer service as you are.
