Job Purpose



MAGO are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to drive the launch, evolution and growth of our global B2B brand across the internal and external landscapes, and in time, manage the family of B2C brands within the corporate umbrella. The role will be responsible for championing brand across all areas of the business, working with key stakeholders to create joined-up experiences across all audience touchpoints.

  • The Senior Brand Manager will support the growth of our global B2B brand across the organisation, developing branded activity across both the internal company and external channels.
  • They will manage the implementation of the B2B brand strategy, which will be critical in helping MAGO achieve it’s FY23 targets, drive over £200m+ revenue and and cement its place as the leading airport product and services company in the world.



Principal Accountabilities




  • Manage and drive the launch, adoption and maintenance of the new corporate, B2B brand strategy.
  • Be the brand champion across all areas of the organisation, both internal and external.
  • Work with key stakeholders across all teams within the organisation to plan and deliver branded activity, campaigns and assets
  • Be the gatekeeper of the brand guidelines and ensure the brand is consistently delivered and represented across all functions and outputs
  • Work directly with the creative team to plan and execute branded campaigns and assets.
  • Assist in facilitating internal workshops to aid brand education and output
  • Monitor and measure performance through key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct regular competitor monitoring and benchmarking
  • Manage relevant third parties and agencies across branded activity
  • Keep up to date with industry advances so that our brand is represented by innovative and engaging activity




Knowledge, Experience and Skills




  • Skilled with 2/3+ years’ experience in Brand and or Creative Planning roles. (Either in-house or agency).
  • Proven track record of delivering successful brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Has a passion for all things brand with the ability to recognise what constitutes successful and strong brand activity
  • A deep understanding of, and able to clearly articulate, the key differences between brand and branding
  • A confident and personable individual, comfortable working at all levels of our business.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
