What’s the role?

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst Lead to come in and be at the forefront of our e-commerce business. You will be key in giving commercial support and direction to various areas withing the e-commerce team ensuring that the business remain on course to deliver on our Gross Revenue Budget.

You will work closely with the Head of Ecommerce in establishing and delivering the strategic and commercial plan for the distribution businesses. In addition you will also support the CCO on global projects to shape and deliver CAVU’S ambitious growth targets and strategic change.

We want someone who is able to lead the analytical output of the commercial team, ensuring it’s of the highest standard whilst teaching and influencing on best practice approach and skillset to the immediate team.

As well as leading the analytical output you will have the opportunity to own the development and support the head of ecommerce in delivery and distribution of the commercial P&L across 5 distribution businesses – driving performance through investigation, analysis and the implementation of accurate forecast models.

About You:

•Be able to own, plan and build sophisticated P&L business plan budgets at an airport level for 5 years and beyond for a minimum of 5 businesses 
•Understand key drivers of revenue and profitability, supporting the commercial team with trend forecasts for opportunities or change in direction. 
•Be confident and capable of leading a regular process to review and work collaboratively with business development to ensure delivery of the opportunities
•You will have a advanced understanding of Power BI and managing complex datasets
•Be expert in interpretating data 
•Be able to identify patterns and trends in data to diagnose problems or quantify the size or risk of an opportunity
