The Role


As one of our Senior PPC Executives, you will be responsible for the day to day optimisation of several of MAG’s core PPC accounts including Manchester Airport and our consolidator websites. You will be working alongside the PPC Manager and supporting with the delivery of MAG’s PPC strategy. You will be driving best practice PPC and continuously looking for new opportunities to improve commercial performance and effectively grow and nurture the channel at scale.


Typical duties include:


  • improve the customer journey and conversion rate for PPC
  • Continuously look for ways to automate, optimise and improve efficiency across the accounts.
  • Feedback and report on campaign success
  • Use of data to influence decisions
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity





You will be career driven and eager to develop your skills, take on responsibility and be passionate about growing the channel as the business and team also grow. With a keen eye for detail and existing knowledge of PPC campaigns, you will have previous hands on experience within PPC; campaign management and performance analysis. Experience working with multiple accounts would be preferred.


You will already have commercial experience with PPC, which might also be derived via a marketing agency. The following skills and experience is strongly preferred:


  • Google Ads certified
  • Ability to use Microsoft Advertising
  • Google Analytics IQ experience is preferred  
  • Implementation of rigorous testing strategy
  • Regular reporting on key metrics
  • Data analysis and data interpretation


The successful candidate will ideally be digitally-focused and data-driven and able to demonstrate success within PPC elsewhere in their career. This role would suite someone who is currently working within PPC and wants a career focused position that will support your future development. Due to our international expansion, candidates who speak a Continental European language will be viewed favourably.
