About the role:

 

Working on our Transformation Programme, this role will focus on our landside workstream, predominately working on a new road as part of our network. You will own projects from inception through to delivery with an anticipated value of £9m+, meeting quality standards, deadlines and budgetary constraints. You will collaborate with the business to drive results and develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget and schedule.

 

You will Adopt an “Airport as the customer” approach to successful delivery of projects ensuring minimal disruption to Airport operations. You will drive value and efficiency through robust contract management and identification of on project opportunities, and ensure SHE legislation and CDM compliance is adhered to throughout project delivery lifecycle.

 

You will be working with the support of a Project Manager, Document Controller, Project Controls Manager and QS function all specific to the Landside workstream, reporting to the Programme Delivery Manager for Landside.

 

About you:

 

You will need to have APMP PPQ or equivalent project management qualification, and be experienced in project development from explore through to handover. A background in highways or civils will be advantageous for this role. You will have strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills which enable you to engage and communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder demands.
