About the role:

 

As Talent Coordinator for Manchester Airports Group, you will provide support to our Group & Airport Talent Acquisition Partners throughout the full hiring cycle, from awareness, attraction, assessment, offer management and onboarding. You will champion and promote positive candidate and hiring manager experience, help to build our employer brand externally through channels such as LinkedIn & Twitter and collaborate with our HR Shared Service Centre, People Partners and Vetting on all things hiring and onboarding. Other elements of the role include:

 

  • Ad-hoc support to Talent & Development team including Learning & Development, Communications & Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion
  • Assist with Early Talent campaigns including events, fairs and digital activity
  • Facilitation of MAG internal procedures in regards to hiring i.e. booking rooms, PA liaison and security
  • Data & MI management including reporting & dashboards
  • Participation in Talent Acquisition and wider People projects

 

What will make you successful in this role?

 

You will be in a similar role in a large, fast paced organisation with an enthusiasm and passion for all things talent and people. You will enjoy operating in an agile way, ensuring a positive and customer focussed service delivery. Your stakeholder management and communication skills will be excellent, with an ability to illustrate true empathy to both candidates and hiring managers. You will be a confident user in Microsoft Excel & Word, and any previous experience of applicant tracking systems will be seen as beneficial.
