To ensure that our airports and our 6m Square foot property portfolio is maintained and developed, our Asset Management team works around the clock to drive asset strategy, capital expenditure planning, engineering services, airport asset development, master planning and capacity planning.


The Role


This role is an initial 12 month fixed term contract. 


This role will ensure that all work plans for a number of different assets are prepared and scheduled.  You will provide technical support to a number of departments and service partners ensuring that work takes place when needed.  You will communicate effectively with all relevant parties to ensure asset availability adhering to the standards set by the Asset Management and HSSE requirements.


Typical duties include (but are lot limited to):


  • To deliver the call handling function for all Reactive Works including dispatching and completion of works in order to meet operational availability targets at optimum costs.
  • To monitor and report on engineering systems.
  • To accurately assign Preventative Planned Maintenance work orders (for current and future planned maintenance works) that would be generated by the system, ensuring that they are dispatched to technicians as per set up target dates and depending on available resources.
  • To ensure that maintenance work plans for a range of assets are scheduled sufficiently to underpin the effective and efficient achievement of operational availability targets, ensuring that works takes place when needed.
  • To provide support to Stakeholders regarding all current active work plans and provide detailed information as and when requested.
  • Keep SMEs informed on the progress of originated work. Contact engineers to advise of changes when appropriate.
  • To produce ad hoc reports as required to capture work orders activities.





You will have proven experience of scheduling, organising and prioritising i.e. works, people, manufacturing, products etc to ensure that results are delivered.  Previous experience coordinating with managers and external parties would be a distinct advantage. You must be highly organised and have excellent Excel/ work processing experience as well as proven ability to update and maintain databases
