Our eCommerce platforms enable passengers traveling through an airport to book and pay for products from across the customer journey (parking, transfers, hotels etc).This provides enormous value for our airport clients in terms of revenue, as well as a seamless consumer and travel experience for their customers. We also provide other commercial services, for example revenue management and digital marketing to help them grow their business. Online product distribution is also a large part of our business. All in all – we focus on maximising non aeronautical revenue for our global airport clients.


The Role


In this new Trading/ Revenue management focused role, you will be supporting and working closely with the Head of eCommerce and the wider eCommerce Trading Team to assist in the delivery of the pricing strategy. More specifically, You will be responsible for maximizing revenue from our distribution websites, across the EMEA region. This is a key role within the e-commerce team, ensuring the successful delivery of our business plan targets, in line with the e-commerce objective of maximizing revenue for our clients.


Typical Duties include:

  • Support the Head of E-commerce in the setting and delivery of e-commerce business plan targets.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of site performance issues by key metrics
  • Continually evaluate the impact and effectiveness of trading strategies and tactics
  • Implement optimal e-commerce strategies, by each website, to deliver year-on-year growth in conversion rate, AOV, revenue, profitability, and other key metrics.
  • Monitor website analytics against agreed KPI’s to ensure business targets are exceeded
  • Implement discounting strategies to optimize profit
  • Fully understand competitive position across all products / seasonality
  • Work with country manager to understand local trading issues
  • Assist Head of Commercial Strategy in creating, and refining, optimal supplier strategies to maximize revenue across all territories.




It is essential that you have previous e-commerce experience and a depth of understanding within the e-commerce industry. Ideally, you will have derived this knowledge from within a similar trading/ revenue management environment. Furthermore, you will have a strong commercial awareness, be highly numerate and analytical, whilst having a high attention to detail.


This can be a very fast paced environment, which requires someone who is inquisitive by nature and flexible in their approach
