Apprenticeships are now more popular than ever. With the introduction of degree apprenticeships, University is no longer the only option for people wanting to complete a degree.
MAG is fortunate enough to be able to offer a wide range of apprenticeship programmes, including degree apprenticeships, across various areas of the business.
You’ll gain work experience, whilst working towards a professional qualification, ranging from Level 2 to Level 7 which is equivalent to a Master’s degree.
We are so proud of our apprenticeships and the opportunities that we are able to offer to both our young and the more experienced employees. There really is something for everyone here at MAG.
We're delighted to have come third in the North West Best Apprenticeship Employer at the Rate My Apprenticeship awards for 2019. As well as that, we are now a ‘Top 100 Apprenticeship Employer’ coming 33rd in the whole of the UK!

Internships
MAG offer internship opportunities across all of our locations. These include 12-month placements as well as shorter summer placements.
During your internship, you will be able to experience life at MAG by working on a range of exciting projects.

Our Graduate Programme consists of rotational placements over a
24-month period.
It allows young, ambitious talent to enter the business and gain
experience across several of our business areas, including
Finance, Operations, Assets and Commercial.

Work Experience
If you are interested in a career at any of our airports, we offer work experience opportunities across all locations for students 14-18, that are studying at school or college (subject to set criteria).
