The role

 

 

Typical Duties will include:

 

  • Undertake maintenance, installation, and restoration to service activities of all Airport Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) equipment as required by the Codes of Practice laid down by EMA Approved Maintenance Organisation and CAA
  • Undertake any other duties of a similar responsibility level as may be prescribed from time to time, compatible with training and experience
  • Assist with the design, construction, and installation of electronic projects
  • Comply and provide input to the ANS Quality Assurance and Safety Management System
  • Ability to attain the training requirements of EASA Regulation ATM/ANS Annex XIII
  • Assist and co-operate in the efficient running of the Airfield Engineering stores, test equipment and spare holdings

What will make you successful in the role?

  • Minimum HNC Electronics or equivalent
  • Experience in the CNS/ATS environment preferable.
  • Must hold a valid UK driving license issued by the DVLA and satisfy the medical criteria for holding an airside-driving permit.
