The role

As an Airfield Operations Supervisor, you will have:
- Previous experience working in a high pressured fast paced environment
- Previous experience in operations
- Excellent comprehension and composition skills
- Critical thinking ability
- Have the ability handle complex situations in a time critical & unique environment
- Work well both in a team and independently
- Situational awareness & impeccable communication skills
- Ability to identify hazards and rectify promptly
- Comply with Aerodrome Manual and audit third party handling against Airside Operational Instructions
What will make you successful in the role?
Experience
- Prior experience in aerodrome operations is desirable.
- Background in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment is essential.
Skills & Attributes
- Critical thinking and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Situational awareness and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and resolve hazards quickly.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance—familiarity with Aerodrome Manual and airside operational procedures.
Certifications & Requirements
- Full UK driving licence required.
- Must be able to obtain a firearms licence within the first 4 weeks of employment.
- Must be able to work shifts (2 days 06:00-18:00, 2 nights 18:00-06:00 4 on 4 off)
Ideally able to attend an assessment centre on Thursday 22nd May at 16:00.
