The Role:
This is a brand new role to MAG that has two key focus areas: the first is on providing SME input for the HV/LV networks at East Midlands Airport, and the second is on supporting the development of asset system strategies and renewals plans for asset groups (including HV/LV) across the wider EMA portfolio of asset groups.
This role will be responsible for developing infrastructure development and asset standards for HV/LV Networks across EMA to standardise assets and approach to drive efficiency and support capital delivery. This will also be to support on the development of investment plans by defining requirements for renewal, regulatory change and growth. Specifying maintenance and service delivery requirements for the HV/LV Electricity Network and ensuring electrical design conformity to both British Standards and MAG Asset standards.
You:
We are looking for someone that will be accountable for the development of the Utilities Asset maintenance management plans, ensuring EMA meets the relevant legislative requirements in relation to the HV/LV network. Prior experience in providing condition reports and short/medium/long terms asset management plans will be essential to for MAGs LV/HV networks. Professional qualification in Electrical/Building Services (HND) with significant amount of experience within an understanding of Electrical Engineering systems would be perfect for this role!
