The role
As Asset Manager you will play a vital role in the creation and replacement of Assets at East Midlands Airport, across the entire Asset base.
To work collaboratively with Airport, Capital Delivery and IT teams to work in an integrated fashion to deliver capital investment schemes at airports, and realise benefits from investment.
- Asset Management experience – either through qualification or extensive knowledge in an infrastructure sector
- Degree / professionally qualified desirable but not essential
- Experience of civil engineering or civils asset management especially airport pavements or highways would be desirable but not essential
- Experience in asset management change and transformation programmes
- Commercial acumen
- Risk management
- Financial appraisal
- Whole life cost management
What will make you successful in the role?
To be successful in this role you will need to firstly have a general Asset background, with experience preferably gained in a Civils or Airfield background. If this has included transformation project work, and large-scale renovations then even better.
