The role
A hugely important role for both Assets and the airport - you will work as the lynchpin between the Engineering team & the Asset Maintenance team - coordinating all aspects of administration, coordination of systems, Health & Safety information, Permit to Work systems and log books. In addition you will plan all daily and weekly work schedules in Maximo maintaining accurate records and reporting on the performance of the engineering and facilities teams.
Some of the more detailed responsibilites will include admin & clerical support to the Facilities Team, budget control documentation, communication between various teams & contractors.
We are looking for
Strong communication skills
Someone who is organised & has good attention to detail.
Decent academic qualifications.
experience of Maximo is desirable but not necessary.
