The role

To ensure that equipment and facilities on the airfield and the airport water systems operate effectively to enable the delivery of a high quality, reliable service to passengers, tenants and other stakeholders.  The role will deliver planned and reactive maintenance and inspections for airside and landside civils assets, paint markings, airport drainage systems and water monitoring equipment.  This includes completion of work in accordance with current processes and will contribute to the continuous improvement of the maintenance service. 

What will make you successful in the role?

  • Experience of civil engineering in a highways type environment
  • Good literacy and oral communication skills 
  • Competent IT user 
  • Full Driving Licence 
  • Digger driving experience 
  • Must be able to pass an airside driving medical
