At peak times you may be required to work additional hours or at quieter times you wmay be required to work less than 21 hours. This does not affect your salary which is paid consistently at 21 hours per week despite the hours you may work. For example. In summer you may be required to work 31 hours, however you will be paid for 21 hours. In the winter where your hours will be reduced, the additional 10 hours worked in the summer will be offset to equal 21 hours per week, so, you will work 11 hours but still receive payment for 21 hours.
