07.00 – 19.00 (day shift) 19.00 – 07.00 (night shift)

The role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Landside Operations Duty Manager based at the East Midlands Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure all aspects of the car parking operations which can accommodate up to 15,000 car park spaces are carried out safely.

Duties include:

  • Responsible for the customer end to end journey for meet & greet and self-park products.
  • Ensuring regular communications are delivered to all colleagues in a timely and engaging manner ensuring accessibility and consistency.
  • Supporting with engagement action plans and working towards achieving the departmental target.
  • Managing all operational Health & Safety requirements (including risk assessments) and develop a safety focussed culture within the operational delivery teams.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and encourage innovation to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Translating colleague feedback and ideas into practical solutions which can be adopted by the operation

 

 

What will make you successful in the role

    

Excellent leadership skills through coaching and development.

Experience in all MS packages

Able to analyse and interpret data to make informed decisions.

Advocate for change and supporting the team through any process improvements.

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

Ability to partner with others be flexible and have a “can do attitude”

     Full Valid driver’s license with a maximum of 6 points
