About the roles:

 

•    Role: Hospitality Host 
•    Contract type: Permanent & Temporary opportunities 
•    Hours: Full & Part time (This will be discussed at the stage of interview) 
•    Pay:  £12.60 per hour 

 

As a Hospitality Host you will be delivering a first-class experience to our guests, we are seeking customer-focused individuals to meet & greet our customers on arrival, maintain high standards in the Lounge, manage bookings and payments, prepare and serve beverages, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities also include maintaining stock levels, assisting with business services, and performing back-of-house duties. Flexibility in working shifts is required, with schedules typically confirmed two weeks in advance.

 

•    Role: Chef De Partie 
•    Contract type: Permanent 
•    Hours: 37.5 hours per week
•    Pay:  £15.75 per hour 

 

As a Chef De Partie you will provide our customers with an excellent start to their journey. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and delivering food per the menu and Lounge Operating Procedures, following recipes, operating kitchen equipment, and working with the Commis Chef and Kitchen Manager on food preparation tasks like washing, peeling, cutting, and shredding. The role also involves maintaining high food presentation standards, managing stock levels, conducting stock counts and temperature checks.

 

•    Role: Hospitality Chef 
•    Contract type: Permanent & Temporary opportunities 
•    Hours: Full & Part time (This will be discussed at the stage of interview)
•    Pay: £14.14 per hour 

 

As a Hospitality Chef you will be responsible for operating kitchen equipment, recipes, preparing and cooking food, maintaining food presentation standards, managing stock levels, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, disposing of waste appropriately, liaising with suppliers and airline representatives, and training new staff to uphold high standards of hospitality and service.

 

•    Role: Kitchen Assistant 
•    Contract type: Permanent 
•    Hours: 37.5 Hours per week
•    Pay:  £12.60 per hour 

 

Kitchen Assistant: As a Kitchen Assistant you will assist the lounge team, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and storage areas, washing crockery and equipment, cleaning kitchen appliances and floors, ensuring proper storage and safety, monitoring waste disposal, reporting maintenance issues, clearing breakages and spillages, and managing deliveries and stock rotation.
