The Role
This role will lead the development of key strategic initiatives across the MAG Group, reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). You will support decision-making for the Board, CEO, and CSO using market analysis, data-driven insights, and strategic thinking to identify group-level opportunities and inform long-term planning.
You will work closely with senior leaders to shape MAG’s strategic framework, pursue major value-creation opportunities including business development and M&A, and deliver high-quality board papers and presentations. You will lead a small team of expert analysts and forecasters and drive cross-functional teams around key initiatives.
About You
You will bring considerable experience in aviation, airports, corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar strategic function. You will have a strong record in business development and/or strategic planning, with excellent financial modelling and communication skills.
You will be a collaborative leader who can engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in aviation, travel, infrastructure, or related sectors is preferred. A degree in Business, Finance, or Economics is required; an MBA or similar advanced qualification is advantageous. International experience is a plus.
We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds and identities. If you are passionate about aviation and want to make a meaningful impact in a purpose-driven organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
