The role
As an Aviation Marketing Lead at London Stansted Airport, you will:
- Deliver a blend of strategic marketing plans and campaigns for the portfolio of airline accounts in your remit.
- Clearly outline campaign goals, set measurable KPIs and analyse campaign effectiveness.
- Work with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to successfully execute marketing initiatives.
- Develop strong relationships with key partner airlines, understanding their business models and strategic goals.
- Support the Aviation team in the creation, execution and measurement of their marketing activity, locally, nationally and internationally.
- Support Aviation Business Development by delivering a B2B strategy, including marketing materials, events and PR.
- Work with the airport marketing executive to deliver the annual aviation marketing calendar.
- Support and manage key events such as airline inaugurals, route milestone celebrations and passenger events.
- Manage marketing and advertising budgets with the effective allocation to activities that will meet business objectives
What will make you successful in the role?
- Extensive experience managing campaigns from briefing and creative conception to media planning and performance
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management and external partners
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A background in travel/aviation (preferred)
- Event Management experience
- Organised and detail focused approach
