The role:

 

In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and administration for all Airport Consultative Committees (ACC) and mitigation schemes activity at Manchester Airport, East Midlands Airport and Stansted Airport. 

 

You will be critical to the smooth delivery of ACC activity. In doing so, you will work collaboratively with the MAG teams, ACC Chairs and Secretariat to coordinate rolling hybrid meeting schedules for all ACC related meetings, be the point of contact for ACC Chairs and Secretariat, prepare meeting schedules, agenda’s, papers, and meeting minutes with exceptional attention to detail.

 

In addition, you will provide comprehensive administrative support for MAG’s mitigation schemes, including sound insulation grant schemes, vortex repair schemes and community fund applications.  You will work closely with the Community Engagement Managers (CEMs) to support the smooth running of their work and support in the delivery of CSR Strategy objectives.

 

What will make you successful in the role?

 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organisational skills and be able to work independently with an eye for detail and have previous experience in attending multi stakeholder meetings taking and preparing formal minutes.

 

Key to your success in this role will be the relationships you build with key and senior stakeholders, therefore, proven experience in building and sustaining positive working relationships with people at all levels is essential. You will also be an effective communicator and be able to confidently be a credible and effective ambassador for MAG.

 

Strong IT skills including experience with complex databases and MS excel is highly desirable.
