The role
This is a key role in ensuring that the highest level of passenger satisfaction and experience is maintained, through adherance to our compliance and assurance standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking Fire Safety assurance and compliance actions on behalf of the Customer Operations directorate.
- Updating Fire Safety Plans.
- Undertaking fire risk assessments and manage follow up actions.
- Support emergency testing arrangements.
- Risk assessments as relating to Health & Fire Safety.
- Consistent review of fire safety proceedures.
- Provide accurate reporting on safety and fire safety metrics.
- Track and report on customer metrics, including NPS, CSAT and Airport Service Quality data.
- Support colleague absense management and performance management actions.
- Respond to situational demands, eg VIP visits, special events.
What will make you successful in the role?
In order to be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Fire Safety Regulation/Fire Risk Assessment experience
- NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Fire Certificate
- Experience balancing a variety of demands and actions
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Comfortability with Microsoft Office software
- Comfortability working in a dynamic, live, operational environment
