40 hours, Mon–Fri | Hybrid (4 days office)

The role

This is not a typical risk or admin role. You’ll join a fast-paced team keeping Stansted running during disruption—from incidents to VIP movements and global risks.

You may:

 

Prepare for incidents and exercises
Create briefings for senior leaders
Work across airport teams
Support live incident response

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Support resilience activity
Maintain risk and governance records
Produce reports and briefings
Assist audits and improvements
Support training and exercises
Contribute to incident response (on-call)

 

You’ll learn quickly, be proactive, and add value from day one.
