About the role:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive airport strategy that aligns with the airport’s masterplan, sustainability commitments, commercial goals, and customer experience priorities.
- Collaborate with strategic planning teams to ensure all aspects of service delivery, including passenger flow, baggage handling, aircraft movements, and parking, are effectively planned and integrated into the airport strategy.
- Work closely with strategic planning, asset management, commercial, and finance teams to influence priorities and ensure the feasibility of the airport strategy.
- Explore trends and solutions from other industries to enhance customer experience and optimize investments.
- Support the development of infrastructure strategies and capital expenditure plans by integrating requirements from various operational areas and capacity planning analyses.
- Ensure alignment between the overall group strategy and the airport’s five-year strategy.
- Consider external factors such as airspace management and regulations in strategic planning.
- Drive innovation by aligning the airport strategy with the broader goals of the Chief Strategy Office, Transformation, and Technology/Digital Strategy teams

- Strategy development experience
- Experience of Master planning or Airport Development
- Experience of working in an operational organisation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong data and analytical knowledge
- Planning and forecasting background desirable
- Change management experience desirable
- Wide business function and commercial knowledge
