The Role
As a Systems Analyst in our MAG Digital Products and Services team, you’ll contribute to the Infrastructure product area working alongside a team of Infrastructure Architects, Platform Engineers and System Analysts. You’ll champion common use infrastructure products across our large campus sites and cover the key products in our tower including Video Management / CCTV, Voice services, commercial and critical connectivity to support our airport partners and digitisation projects and programmes across our airports for our most demanding business challenges. Working alongside our Platform, Airport and Group Function Product Managers, you will understand how the current infrastructure constraints and issues fit into a roadmap alongside strategic infrastructure product development that is driven by MAG business goals and objectives. You’ll guide solution thinking and define technical requirements alongside the architects to ensure the best fit solution, in terms of reliability, scalability, security and cost effectiveness in support of the desired business outcome.
What will make you successful in the role?
• You’ll have proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or Senior Engineer with an emphasis on on-premise, cloud and network infrastructure technical background and knowledge.
• You’ll have Infrastructure certifications like CompTIA Network+, Cisco's CCNA, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), AWS Solutions Architect Associate, Azure Administrator Associate and the ability to analyse current systems and processes to identify improvements.
• You’ll have an in-depth understanding of infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage, cloud services, etc.)
• You’ll also have the ability to create clear and detailed reports and documentation of systems and infrastructure alongside the ability to plan and manage the structure projects and work packages.
