The Role
You’ll support the delivery of internal communication strategies that foster employee engagement and connection, whilst planning and executing engaging campaigns for airport-wide initiatives. You’ll manage key communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, digital signage, and team briefings, writing and editing clear, compelling content tailored to different audiences and platforms. You’ll use your creativity to bring communication campaigns to life in fresh and memorable ways, and you’ll build strong working relationships with stakeholders and teams across the business.
What will make you successful in the role?
You’ll be an experienced communication officer, used to working with hard-to-reach colleagues operating in a 24/7 complex, matrix environment. You’ll have previous change management experience as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in MS Office Suite, Canva and ideally Poppulo and Unily too. You’ll have great stakeholder management skills at all levels, and you’ll have a proactive and curious approach with a creative outlook and a desire to innovate.
