The role

 

As a PMO Reporting Assistant you will play a key role sat within the Programme Management Office (PMO), supporting the ways of working across our 3 Airports to deliver MAG’s Major Programmes & annual Capital Plans. You will work in conjunction with key stakeholders on the presentation & continual development of standardised reporting across the organisation, ensuring that the PMO reporting cycle is reviewed and updated on a regular basis to provide accurate & informative project information. You will capture continuous improvement opportunities & make recommendations for change/betterment from ways of working reviews & general feedback from key stakeholders, developing and maintaining the PMO reporting process, calendar & standards. You will also hold regular reviews with the various senior leaders & Heads of function across the organisation to ensure data & information accuracy ahead of all PMO reporting submissions.

 

What will make you successful in the role?

 

You will have at least two years’ experience of working with data and reporting in a similar role, preferably within a project delivery environment.  You will have excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data from multiple systems. You will be confident in presenting to various stakeholders, with an understanding of how to shape & present raw and baseline data. You will have advanced level excel skills and be competent in working with Power BI.
