The role

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Personal Assistant who can keep things running smoothly for our senior leaders. You’ll be the go to person for diary management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and day to day admin support. This role suits someone who enjoys staying one step ahead, creating structure, and delivering a professional first impression for internal and external stakeholders. 

 

Principle Accountabilities

 
•    Manage busy diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate room bookings
•    Organise national and international travel and itineraries
•    Prepare agendas, paperwork and support key meetings
•    Take minutes/actions and follow up to keep things moving
•    Maintain accurate office systems and documents
•    Process expenses, invoices and purchase orders
•    Draft and format emails, reports and presentations
•    Act as first point of contact for general enquiries
•    Support small projects, research and wider admin tasks
•    Coordinate hospitality for visitors and provide a great first impression
•    Assist with onboarding new starters and induction plans
•    Ensure Directors’ systems and equipment are in place and working
•    Manage incoming and outgoing mail

What will make you successful in the role?

You’ll bring solid experience from a similar PA or senior administrative role, with the ability to support multiple leaders in a busy, fast paced environment. Comfortable juggling competing demands, you’ll stay organised, calm and proactive even when priorities shift. Discretion and confidentiality come naturally to you, along with a flexible, proactive approach to your work.

 

•    Proven PA/EA experience supporting several directors at once
•    Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
•    Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
•    Experience with systems such as CSS or Concur
•    Able to prepare high quality meeting briefs and packs
•    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
