The role

 

As a Project Controller, you will provide Primavera P6 EPPM and SAP Financial application expertise, maintaining project budget data, schedules, actuals and forecasts, while analysing project progress and performance.

 

You will contribute to projects across MAG’s Investment Plan, producing project and programme-level plans, budgets, schedules, forecasts and reports.

 

What will make you successful in this role?

 

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM.
  • Experience using a portfolio management system, such as ServiceNow SPM.
  • Advanced or administrator-level Primavera P6 capability, including updating and manipulating systems and producing bespoke reports while maintaining project controls and governance.
  • Experience specifying technical environments for implementation, providing installation support, and integrating Primavera P6 with in-house and other enterprise systems.
  • Experience with Primavera P6 system customisation, custom report writing, data transfer from previous Primavera P6 versions and migration from other systems, such as MS Project.
  • Knowledge and experience of industry scheduling, profiling and cost tools, including Primavera and SAP, with significant experience producing near- and medium-term project cash-flow forecasts, including 12-month rolling forecasts.
  • A Project Controls or Project Management foundation qualification recognised by RICS, ICE, IMechE or IEE, with Primavera P6 capability at advanced or administrator level and working towards an RICS-accredited qualification.
  • A background in a commercial role, such as Quantity Surveying, is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects and programmes of work to tight regulatory deadlines.
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar operational environment.
