About the role:


As Talent Acquisition Partner for Stansted Airport, you will lead on all non-volume hiring across several areas & skills providing a consultative and business partnering driven approach. Reporting to the Group Talent Acquisition Director and working closely with the Airport People Director and People Partners, you will operate as a true talent acquisition subject matter expert taking your hiring community on a journey to ensure Stansted Airport attracts the best talent. Owning the full 360 cycle from awareness, attraction, assessment, offer management and onboarding you will focus on an employer branding led experience for both the candidate and hiring manager. Other elements of the role include:


  • Taking a lead in our equity, diversity and inclusion agenda, whether it be identifying new routes to attraction or coaching hiring managers
  • Playing a key role in technology transformation projects with our platform SuccessFactors and associated point solutions
  • Creating a wide range of employer branding content, from our employer value proposition and values framework
  • Driving data driven hiring decisions with your stakeholders 
  • Focussing on continuous improvement across all segments of the hiring cycle
  • Coaching and educating our hiring community on best practice, innovative new tools and future focussed methods on attracting, assessing and hiring the best talent


What will make you successful in this role?


You will be in a similar role in a large, fast paced organisation with an enthusiasm and passion for all things hiring. Experience of direct sourcing is essential as we look to increase our reach and develop our talent pools, as is an up to date understanding of the best attraction channels and any new innovative ways to attract talent. Your stakeholder management and communication skills will be excellent, with an ability to illustrate true empathy to our hiring community whilst influencing and driving positive change. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience of employer branding, candidate experience, technology and diversity & inclusion projects with tangible results.
