The role

In this role you’ll develop and deliver critical compliance driven technical and operational training to both internal and external customers. You’ll undertake audits of operational training processes and deliver end to end improvement plans for operational training initiatives, maintaining an ethos of continual improvement and risk reduction. You’ll also need to maintain up to date knowledge of all relevant legislation, industry best practice and organisational standard operating procedures and protocols to ensure course content is continually improved and maintains compliant.

 

 

What will make you successful in the role?

We are looking for someone with a minimum of three years experience in training delivery and design, including e-learning, and an understanding of an operational airfield environment. You’ll be experienced in responding to a range of learner styles and information preferences and in coaching and supporting learners and colleagues to meet performance standards and development objectives. You’ll also be innovative with a commitment to ongoing professional development as you’ll be required to maintain knowledge and skills in specialist technical areas and wide business training.
