About the role:


Responsible for implementing and assuring the MAG Asset Stewardship Steps, reviewing asset and operating requirements, developing and implementing asset Maintenance and Condition Assessment Plans, managing the Capital Renewals Plan, developing and communicating requirements for renewals investment, creating investment plans, assuring longer-term investment planning, supporting Airport requirements, and collaborating with all business sectors.

 

What will make you successful in this role:

 

The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of Asset Management experience, either through qualification or extensive knowledge in an infrastructure sector. A degree or professional
qualification is desirable but not essential. Ideally, the candidate should be a Chartered Civil Engineer or working towards Chartership. The candidate should also possess commercial acumen, risk management skills, financial appraisal skills , and be able to manage whole life costs. The post holder will be responsible for developing the structural inspection strategy for the Airport campus along with the Capital Investment plans for 2,5,10 and 25 year horizons
