The role

As Asset Data Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading the improvement and ongoing management of Manchester Airports asset data including Maximo based data and other “off-system” asset records and the development of the airports data and information related standards and strategy, ensuring alignment to MAG’s overarching Asset Management Strategy and ongoing transformation. You’ll adhere to, monitor and update where appropriate, existing data based processes and systems to ensure accurate and complete asset records and associated maintenance plans and identify opportunities for integration of “off system” data directly into Manchester Airports Maximo system. You’ll also lead the workstream to align asset inventory to assets, enabling future PPM kit listing and ensuring inventory levels are aligned to criticality of equipment, and spares are associated to assets for easy access to field technicians.

What will make you successful in the role?

We are looking for someone who has experience of working with data, including data cleansing and data manipulation, along with experience working on Maximo or another Computerised Maintenance Management System. You’ll also have extensive Excel skills with the ability to produce Power BI reports.
