The role


You’ll create, improve and assist with integration of new asset data into MAG’s existing asset data, including Maximo and asset related documentation. You’ll facilitate access to MAG’s asset information including requests from capital projects, third parties and other MAG departments. You’ll provide asset data in a timely manner to the project delivery process, and amalgamate data returned from contractors so that impacted assets are recorded accurately. You’ll also train contractors on Maximo (systems) and you’ll carry out activities to ensure asset data is reliable, accurate and complete, including the asset registration / deregistration processes.



What will make you successful in the role?

You’ll have experience in asset commissioning, knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management Systems, particularly IBM Maximo (desirable). You’ll have excellent IT skills including knowledge & experience of using Microsoft Office with an excellent attention to detail. You’ll have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as having excellent team working skills, and build effective relationships with key stakeholders. An understanding and exposure to Spatial data systems such as GIS, CAD etc and a broad knowledge of assets present in an airport would be advantageous.
