The role

Provide comprehensive finance support to a number of senior stakeholders across Group Services, building key relationships with their teams whilst providing decision making support through first class financial information reporting, analysis and recommendations whilst maintaining a strong system of financial controls.

Reporting to the Head of Finance within the Group finance team, the primary purpose of this role is to support and influence development and delivery of Group Services Business Plan and BAU activity.

 

 

What will make you successful in the role?

You’ll be a qualified accountant with experience in cost control, financial reporting, analysis, and management accounting. You’ll demonstrate strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and commercial awareness, supported by advanced skills across Excel, Word, PowerPoint, financial modelling, and familiarity with SAP. Your background will include developing dashboards, producing robust financial insights, and delivering high‑quality management information to support decision‑making.

You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build credible relationships across senior stakeholders and business environments. Able to perform under pressure, you will adapt quickly to changing priorities, effectively manage multiple tasks, and maintain professionalism and influence at senior levels. Your approach will reflect strong organisation, collaboration, and the ability to drive value through meaningful business partnering.
