What’s the role?

We are seeking a talented Bid Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling and winning proposals, bids, and tender documents for digital projects. This role requires a keen understanding of digital technologies, excellent writing and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to produce high-quality submissions that secure new business.

About You:

  • 3-5 years of experience in writing and managing bids, proposals, and tenders in the digital or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in winning bids and securing new business through well-crafted proposals.
  • Experience working directly with clients to understand their needs and tailor proposals accordingly.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, sales, marketing, and other departments to gather necessary information for proposals.
  • Ability to create clear, compelling, and persuasive content tailored to specific client needs and RFP/RFI requirements.
  • Understanding of digital technologies and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with all submission requirements and guidelines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Effective organisational skills to manage multiple bids simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
