The role

You’ll play a key role in MAG Technology’s Product & Change function, charged with helping us transform our business through technology, digital and automation, supporting the development of product strategy and the technology change roadmap. Working with the Business and Technology stakeholders, you’ll identify and understand Business issues and needs; define and shape technology change projects and programmes and support delivery; testing and service transition as well as contributing to the realisation of business benefits. You’ll help to solve problems for our business by identifying process, data, technology and people requirements to digitize our passenger journey, improve aircraft turnaround times, optimize colleague experiences and drive efficiencies across our group. You’ll also work closely with solution architects, product and project managers to deliver outcomes end to end, whether that be system, process or data changes. You’ll ensure technology change is aligned to both Technology and Business Strategy and is in service of MAG’s vision to be the premier airport services and management company.

 

 

What will make you successful in the role?

•    Extensive experience in business analysis across systems, process and data
•    Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
•    Proven ability to elicit and define clear, actionable requirements
•    Experience working across agile and waterfall methodologies
•    A track record of delivering technology and behavioural change
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Experience in business case development and benefits realisation
•    Ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel
