What’s the role?

The Business Development Manager is a key position responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive the adoption of CAVU’s Propel Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, both on and off-airports. This role will be also be responsible for identifying opportunities, establishing client partnerships, and driving revenue through the effective signing up of inventory for our SaaS offerings together, with cross-selling to other CAVU products in our portfolio. 

The successful Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding market share, achieving sales targets, and establishing our Propel SaaS solution as the preferred choice within the airport sector, contributing to CAVU’s overall growth and success.

About You:

  • Strong experience in partnership development
  • Knowledge of the travel market, including airports, airlines, and corporate travel trends – preferred but not essential
  • Experience in travel / ecommerce / SaaS is preferred but not essential
  • Proven track record of securing new business
  • Experience partnering with C-suit decision makers
  • Dynamic & visionary sales mindset
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving growth through both traditional and digital channels
  • Strong sales and commercial skills with the ability to drive sales at pace
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
