The Role

 

The CRM Executive role is ideal for a passionate and motivated individual who wants to develop their career in marketing by specialising in the field of CRM. This role will support the CRM Manager and be responsible for campaign development and delivery, including content creation and email/ SMS production. You will be supporting CRM strategy within a team responsible for £12m+ income generation annually.

This role is particularly exciting because you will be supporting MAG’s three UK airports whilst also supporting our client CRM strategy, as we continue to grow our portfolio of Airport clients across the US and elsewhere in the world. The role therefore offers an agency style pace and exciting variety of work across multiple accounts, whist also being embedded within a large internal digital marketing team that includes almost every conceivable type of digital marketing channel and associated specialism.

 

Typical areas that you will support on:

 

  • Supporting the CRM manager with strategy & content planning to deliver engaging, relevant and personalised CRM campaigns across all audiences within the customer lifecycle.
  • Ownership of planning, production, testing and scheduling of customer email and SMS campaigns.
  • Ensuring our comms maintain a high quality, consistent brand and tone of voice
  • Acting as liaison with various teams across the business to gather requirements for future campaigns
  • Working with the rest of the Digital Marketing function to support in the delivery of multi-channel campaigns supporting key events, product launches and promotions.

The role requires a positive enthusiastic attitude and a can-do approach to tasks. You must be inquisitive and able to use your initiative in what can often be a busy working atmosphere. Excellent organisational skills are key and you must be confident, approachable and keen to continually develop your skills.

 

As the successful candidate, you will be digitally-focused and data-driven and able to demonstrate a genuine passion for Digital Marketing and especially CRM/ Email marketing. You may have worked in a digital business or agency previously and have some experience in email or CRM marketing, which you now want to further your career in.
