The role

We're looking for a CRM Executive to help deliver engaging, data-driven customer communications across CAVU's portfolio of brands.

Reporting to the CRM Lead, you'll play a key role in executing and optimising CRM campaigns that drive customer engagement, increase retention and generate revenue. Working across email and other CRM channels, you'll help deliver personalised customer experiences throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.

You'll collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Content, Analytics, Commercial and Digital to deliver campaigns aligned to business priorities and customer needs. Using performance insights and testing opportunities, you'll continuously refine campaigns to improve customer engagement and commercial outcomes.

  • Conduct thorough campaign QA to ensure all communications are accurate, on-brand and delivered to a high standard.
  • Support A/B testing and optimisation initiatives to improve engagement, conversion and revenue performance.
  • Work closely with Content, Analytics, Commercial and Trade teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and promotional activity.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, compliance, campaign governance and CRM best practice.
  • Use customer insights and campaign results to contribute ideas that enhance customer communications and performance.
  • Stay up to date with CRM trends, tools and best practices, sharing recommendations with the wider team.

What We Need From You

  • 1-2 years' experience in a CRM, retention marketing or customer marketing role within a B2C environment.
  • Experience using email marketing or CRM platforms to build and deploy customer campaigns.
  • Good understanding of CRM principles, customer lifecycle marketing and audience segmentation.
  • Knowledge of personalisation techniques and customer journey planning.
  • Familiarity with data protection and compliance best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
